FAQ
Frequentlyasked questions.
Ordering & Payment
Choose a theme on the Themes page (or a package on the Packages page), then go to checkout. You need to log in or sign up, fill in your name, email, and WhatsApp number, and then choose a payment method. Once your payment is confirmed, the invitation appears in your dashboard as a draft. From there you fill in your event details, lock your invitation address, and publish it.
Yes. Checkout is only available after you log in. Signing up uses a one-time code (OTP), and the same account is used to manage your invitations, guests, and orders in the dashboard.
QRIS and virtual account or bill payment with BNI, BRI, Mandiri, and Permata. These payments are verified automatically. There is also manual transfer (bank or QRIS), which an admin confirms, so it is not instant. Service fees, if any, are shown on the checkout page before you pay.
With QRIS and virtual accounts, the invitation appears in your dashboard as soon as the system receives your payment. With manual transfer, it appears after an admin confirms the payment. After that, how quickly it is finished is up to you, since you fill in the event details yourself.
Every order has a payment deadline. While it is still valid, the Pay Now button is available on the Orders page. Once the deadline passes, the order is cancelled automatically and you need to place a new one.
A single theme comes with one theme, and add-ons are bought separately from the dashboard. A bundle package includes one theme of your choice plus the QR check-in, welcome screen, voice note, and WhatsApp blast add-ons, with limits set by the package. At bundle checkout you choose your event date, which is filled into the invitation automatically. For a down payment on a bundle package, contact the admin as described in the Terms & Conditions.
Yes. Each theme order creates a separate invitation, each with its own address, details, and guest list.
Filling In & Sharing Your Invitation
Fill in your event details in the editor, check the preview, then set and lock your subdomain, which is your invitation address (name.lastinvitation.id). The subdomain must be locked before publishing, and once it is locked only an admin can change it.
Yes. You can open the editor in the dashboard at any time, and your changes appear at the same invitation link. Once the invitation address (subdomain) is locked, you cannot change it yourself.
Share the invitation link on WhatsApp, by email, or on social media. For specific guests, add them to the guest list in the dashboard so each one gets a personal link, plus a personal QR code when the QR check-in add-on is active. The WhatsApp blast add-on helps you send it to many guests at once.
The general invitation link can be opened by anyone. The limit applies to the personal guest list in the dashboard and follows the package or theme category you chose (500 guests if none is set), and an admin can adjust it.
For life. As long as the Lastinvitation website is running, your invitation stays active and guests can open it.
An event countdown, photo gallery, location map, RSVP, guest wishes and prayers, digital gift, and background music. You choose which features are active in each invitation from the editor.
In the editor you can change the colors, fonts, and background, as well as the number and order of the invitation's sections. For requests beyond that, ask our team on WhatsApp.
Guest Book & Check-in
Not yet. The Guest Book uses the guest list and QR codes from your Lastinvitation invitation, so the QR check-in add-on is bought from the dashboard once your invitation is active. Bundle packages already include the QR check-in add-on.
No. The check-in page opens from the dashboard in the browser of a phone or laptop with a camera.
Your staff look up the guest's name in the guest list and check them in manually, or type in their guest code.
Yes. Each staff member opens the check-in page on their own device and chooses a gate (Gate 1 to 4). Each guest's head count stays accurate, so the same QR code cannot be used beyond its quota.
The number of people is set per guest in the guest list. When the QR code is scanned, your staff choose how many people are entering, and the rest of the quota can still be used later.
Yes. The check-in device needs to be online because every arrival is saved to the dashboard right away.
No. You, or the staff you appoint, run the Guest Book yourselves. If anything comes up, our team helps on WhatsApp.
Reseller Program
Yes. Sign up on the Become a reseller page with your Lastinvitation account, and our team reviews your application within 1 to 3 working days. Approved resellers buy themes and packages at reseller prices, sell them to their customers at prices they set themselves, and use their own domain and landing page design. Resellers also earn a commission on the add-ons their customers buy. The discount and commission rates are shown on the Become a reseller page.
